At Pilates & Wellness Studio Melville we are passionate about your health and wellbeing. We offer Pilates as well as personal training classes. We believe working one-on-one with you is the secret to becoming your healthiest self.
Our philosophy is based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates and we trust in the body sculpting potential that Pilates inspires. The methods we use consists of a series of controlled movements performed on specially designed spring-resistant exercise apparatus. This system is focused on improving flexibility, strength and body awareness without bulking out.

One-on-one Pilates Classes
These classes are tailored to the individual, no matter what age, or fitness level you are at, you will be able to enjoy classes and improve your overall health. Our one-on-one classes are suitable for those who prefer individualised attention, people with injuries or specific needs such as pregnancy. Every class will be different, designed to tone, realign and reshape the body. Our instructors will form a long lasting relationship with you and walk your fitness journey with you.

Pilates Partner Classes
Working out with a partner is always a great way to get fit and healthy. There is a definite sense of accountability in not letting your partner down by skipping a class. Every partner class is coordinated by one of our instructors of your choice in a controlled environment. This means that your partner doesn’t need to be the same age or fitness level as you because your instructor will be right their to make sure both of your goals are met.

Personal Training Classes
If you are just starting your fitness journey and need assistance or whether you just aren’t seeing results from your current program, you might want to consider personal training classes. Our personal training instructor is knowledgeable about all things fitness. His main focus will be to help you reach your fitness goals. Our instructor is focused on strength training, toning, maintenance, getting ripped and offers nutritional advice. No matter what your fitness goals he will help you achieve this with a dedicated enthusiasm.

Use the gym, all the equipment and facilities on your own with no monthly contract. Our month-to-month gym membership offers you full access to our private gym without any personal training included, perfect for the seasoned fitness enthusiast.

Sheneela Singh
This is our vivacious Pilates instructor Sheneela Singh. She started her career in 2012 working with athletes, predominantly focused on rehabilitation training. She started incorporating Pilates methods and soon realised that the benefits of Pilates were astounding. In 2019 she refocused her career and became a Pilates instructor. She is dedicated to transforming lives with this exercise method and is thus, in our opinion one of the best instructors in around.

Hendrick Raubenheimer
Hendrick Raubenheimer is our resident strong man. He is a qualified personal trainer and had always wanted to pursue a career in health and fitness. He comes from a very sporty background having participated in athletics, cricket, swimming and rugby. Because of his love for the fitness world he decided to share his knowledge and is dedicated to helping people become the fittest versions of themselves. He lives by the mantra, ‘the effort you put in today, will give you the results you are looking for in the long run.’ He loves seeing his clients achieve their goals and will believe in them even when others don’t.
